hi,  i posted this up on another site that deals with all sorts of ford engines to see if anyone could help.

here is an answer that I have got back.  you can try this....

http://www.therangerstation.com/forums/showthread.php?t=78511 (http://www.therangerstation.com/forums/showthread.php?t=78511)

this is a 3 main journal cam correct? not a 4 main journal used in the 2.0L and 2.3L rangers...

are you sure (on the first number) that it is a P and not an F?
the closest number I can find is F222/280-2-10 they may have changed the number sequeance since that cam was made.
Is the cam a solid/mechanical cam?

you may just want to call crane direct.. 904-258-6174
