1971 pinto with cracked head
« on: May 04, 2012, 04:07:15 PM »
My daughter has a 1971 pinto 2000, she is in love with it, but she is not mechanically inclined.  Her pinto has a cracked head, and its not reparable.  I have not found a replacement head yet, used, manufactured or otherwise. Any thoughts about replacement head?  Or is there a newer replacement motor that will work with a 1971 pinto?  This current motor is in pretty bad shape.

Rob ship on head would not be too bad but engine would be too much.  Fred   :)
