Inflation is not the answer unless you use the proper gear lube. G4 and never G5 is necessary. Always top off the lube before inflation.

Description: OK guys, I'm kicking around the Idea of putting my early 3 cam engine up for sale. Here's what it is, and some of the stuff I have in it.
Block bored 0.030 over and decked to get pistons 0.005 down the hole. Hypereutectic pistons, stock rods lightened and polished, stock crank turned 0.010 rotating assembly balanced.
The Head is the good part, it was ported to David Visard specs including epoxy filled intake runners. Ferrera 6000 series valves head flowed 205/155 @ .55 lift Crower cam .565/.553 lift 295/305 duration on 108 LC, long sliders, Bronze valve guides and cam bearings from the UK
Custom semi sequential FI set up using Electro Motive Tec GT, custom made intake. 85lb injectors LS coils. I was setting it up for a turbo but never made it to that point because of tranny issues. 3 attempts at making a A4LD work is enough to discourage me.  I have over $1500 in the head alone and another $3K into the FI not including the custom made intake manifold. the combo mad 125whp with the injection setup and about 10 less using a 600 cfm vac secondary carb. If I sell it, it would be complete from air cleaner to oil pan including the header, complete with FI setup tuned and ready to go.
anyone interested in it for $2,500? and you can have the A4LD if you want it

I'm sure I'm forgetting a lot but you get the idea. complete setup has less then 5K miles and is guaranteed to be as described. can hear it run as it is still in the car with yet again a bad A4LD tranny...

What are you using for a crank trigger wheel ? Is it a 60-2 ?
