Wounded Warrior Project Donation
« on: May 11, 2011, 07:27:12 PM »
I contacted the dealer I bought Pinto new from , Don's Ford Utica NY, to see if they wanted to make a donation to the Wounded Warrior Project . The owner , Don, himself was tickled that I still had my Pinto and is graciously  donating $500 to Wounded Warrior Project in my name!!
I will be taking another trip out east this July and he wants me to bring the car by the dealership to take a photo of the car and me as he presents me with a large copy of the check he sent. When I get the pic later this summer ill post it.

Just a reminder, anyone wishing to make a donation and "Sponsor a PINTO" can do so by going to http://www.pintostampede.com and clicking on the Wounded Warrior Project logo.  Please direct everyone here who wishes to make a donation.  This will take you to the Pinto Stampede page on the Wounded Warrior website.  All donations go directly to the WWP account and you can print out a tax deductible receipt.  Memorial day is approaching, it might be somehting nice to do, whatever you can afford, it doesn't have to be big.

Thanks,

See you all on the road.
