Dave,

Great work, the Stampede will make a big splash with the addition of the Indy track as a stop on the way.  Great job!  :drunk:  I owe you a cold one!

INDY is the pinacle, right now, agreed.  But stay tuned there will be much to do, much to see. This whole trip is going to be awesome!!!!!! We are adding stuff and improving stuff almost daily. I am glad to say, many people have stepped up to help out and I thank them for their efforts. Ideas are flowing, calls are being made and this trip is getting better every day. Dave really came through with INDY, it started with a post form him and a maybe, and it has turned into a reality thanks to his efforts. Just over three months to go, lets see what we can add to this.

are you meeting the Pinto Stampede in Indy? and joining up to go to Carlise? Indy seems to be "the" meeting place and a few are gathering there to join the herd.

add some cookies and change mine to a Milwaukee Mile Flag and I'm there!

I have been in contact with INDY and the only way we would be denied our trip around the track is if the INDY 500 was delayed 3 days on account of rain.  A three day delay is not likely, but it could happen and despite my explaining how much more important it is for Pintos to take INDY over the 100th Anniversary of the 500, they just didn't get it.  Anyway, we will have the track unless Mother Nature says no, and if I have my way, we will then become the pace cars.  Afterall, we only go 55 MPH and isn't that the pace? My hats off to Dave for opening that door for us, they also have a Musuem we could visit for a nominal fee.
