Weird Coincidence:  I live in CA.  Bought my V8 Pinto from PintoPaul in Idaho and needed to sell my BMW K1200LT to make room for it in the garage.  It just sold it on ebay...to a guy in Idaho!

Hey All! Sorry for the lateness of this but we have had some problems on the day before the show. We have worked them out so here is what is going on:

Saturday, April 18th at 9AM to 1-ish?
Knotts Berry Farm Parking lot to Stuff Bags for Sunday. We need a BIG turn out for this if we want to be the featured car in 2011! This will not take long. Last year we were out by 1 and that was after the lunch that they provided for us. If you can make it, it would be great! It will get done faster and we will look like we really want to be there to help!

2PM- on...
Meet at my house

1026 S. Valinda Ave
West Covina, CA 91790

Feel free to clean you cars, chat and anything you feel.
We will be taking a cruise down Sunset Blvd around 6 pm if all goes well. If we don't we can order pizzas and bull%$#@ for a while! My cell number is

626-221-7681

Sunday Morning, if any one is near me, feel free to meet at my house at 6AM. We traditionally meet at my house and all caravan to the show. Last year we had 20 pintos drive to breakfast from my house. There is something so surreal about a line of pintos in 2009 driving down the freeway. If you would like to join us, be there BEFORE 6AM. We will be leaving at 6:15AM sharp.

Looking forward to seeing you all!
Pintopower- Alberto

What he means is, On Sunday all the participants will get a goodie bag full of stuff. Most of the stuff is info about car clubs, events , etc etc. On Sat volunteers will take all the fliers and put it in a plastic bag. The on Sunday you will get that bag full of stuff......... .. ;D

Hope this helps

(edit to remove statement about the wrong date, that has been fixed!!!!!) :)

I wish I could help stuff bags, but we won't be leaving Sacramento till Sat. morning sometime.  Depending on when we leave, I will try to make it for Pizza.  ;D

You have the wrong date for Sat. it is the 18th, not the 19th!!  :)

OK, I fixed the date in that post to the 18th. Thanks for bringing that to our attention.

Will there be some kind of "sign in" sheet, how will we be counted, are we to meet somewhere and drive down together, this will be my families first "car club" activity. Looking forward to getting my Pinto back on the road, but probably won't be till next year. Hopefully be ready for the 2010 Knotts show.

Thoses are good questions. I am not sure if there is a sign in sheet. If you call Alberto maybe he can tell you who is going to help out on Saturday.
